Welcome to Central City Public Library! We're located right in the heart of Central City, Nebraska.

Our strong committment to serving the community is evidenced by the recognition that CCPL has received numerous times at both the statewide and the nationwide levels.
We're one of only 25 public libraries in the entire United States to achieve being an "America's Star Library" in every edition of the Library Journal for the past 15 years.
With our most recent 2022 5-star rating, this places us in the top 1.6% of all libraries in the nation.
