Brittany Lozdoski

"I am Central City implant from Rockford, IL. I graduated from Western Illinois University with a Journalism/Marketing major. I have moved around quite a bit chasing after dreams and, well, it’s been a pretty sweet ride.

I landed in Nebraska after meeting Nathan while doing a work-trade on an organic farm in Hana, Hawaii. We ventured back here to start up a small organic produce farm. Since then I have branched out to do more with food. In May of 2021, I started a plant-based delivery company. It been a true honor to share my passion for plant-based foods with this community and gain their support and love. My hope is to continue to expand my inspiration, grow with the community, and fill everyone’s plates with flavorful food.

Coming in as an outsider and one who travels often, I have seen businesses within communities work together. I am striving to bring such inspiration to Central City.

As an active participant and business owner in the community, I can understand the needs and wants for our community as we continue to grow together.

There is a world of opportunity and possibilities in our town of Central City, and I am happy to be a part of it."

I love the people, the small-town vibe, and the love and support the makes Central City what it is. It is pretty rad to see!
